• Subscription Fee: Access to premium tools, including the NURD Pro+ tier, requires a recurring monthly subscription fee of $19.99/mo.
• Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Project.NURD to charge your designated payment method automatically every thirty (30) days until cancelled.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance via the email address associated with your account.
• Payment Failures: If a recurring payment fails, your premium access to the Website and connected services (including the Discord server) will be automatically suspended until a valid payment method is updated.2. STRICT CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY
• Immediate Access: Because digital access, stock monitors, and data feeds are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Project.NURD operates under a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused subscription time.
• Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user profile dashboard or via our third-party billing platform (e.g., Stripe, Whop). To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.3. ANTI-LEAK, SCREENSHOTTING, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
• Proprietary Data: All stock restock schedules, instantaneous web alerts, market watch metrics, software tools, code, and textual layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Project.NURD.
• Data Lock-Down Rule: You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, screen recordings, scraping data, or sharing proprietary information from our premium modules or connected channels with non-members.
• Indefinite Ban & Forfeiture: Any user caught leaking, screenshotting, or mirroring our alerts will face an immediate, indefinite ban from both the Website and our Discord server. Upon termination for a security breach, your current month's payment is strictly forfeited, and your recurring billing will be cancelled immediately to prevent future charges.4. RESTRICTED USER CONDUCT & BOT USAGE
You explicitly agree NOT to use projectnurd.com to:

• Reverse-engineer, bypass, or alter our notification systems, security protocols, or site architecture.
